I use Mystic Light 3.0.0.09 and MSI Center 1.0.41.0 SDK 3.2022.0302.01 but I don't think the software is the problem because it worked fine before. I already re-flashed the Bios, Clear CMOS, changed the location of the memory dimm and the problem continues.
